Saanich Approves Growth Blueprint for Quadra-McKenzie

After more than three years of public input, council adopted the Quadra-McKenzie Plan, directing future growth toward areas with strong transit and infrastructure.
Zac voted in favour of adopting the plan as part of council's 6-2 decision.
